In addition to our courses the Group provides many opportunities for guided and silent meditation practice.
Guided practice sessions
Meditation and mindfulness sessions, guided by our team of volunteers, give people of all levels of experience the opportunity to refresh and re-focus their practice. They are also an opportunity for people new to meditation to begin their journey into mindfulness/awareness and mindful compassion techniques. These sessions are delivered both in person and online. By cllicking on the event in question you can see the location of the session or the Zoom link if the session is online.
Drop-in practice sessions
Members of the Group have additional support in the form of drop-in practice sessions. These are held in-person and online. These are normally timetabled for 7.30 until 9.00 in the morning with other sessions arranged on an ad hoc basis and advertised through the group's membership newsletter. No guidance is given during these sessions and participants can drop-in and drop-out as their schedule permits.
