Mindfulness for Effective Study
This four-week course looks at the modern mindfulness movement and its potential impact on learning. There will be practical exercises and some homework between classes. The course is being offered twice and runs over four consecutive Saturdays.
Group A from 10th October to 31st October 2026.
Group B from 7th November to 28th November 2026
The classes are held in Senate House - South Block from 11.00am to 12.30pm.
This course is free to students, staff and alumni of the University of London, its schools and colleges.
