Membership

Membership of the University of London Meditation Group is open to students, staff and alumni of the university and its federation of schools and colleges. People new to the practice of mindfulness and meditation should normally undertake one of our introductory courses before deciding to become members but one can unsubscribe at any time.

Membership opens up the opportunity to study and practice in greater depth and receive support from our meditation coach and other practitioners. Additionally, members can have one year's free subscription to the online resources of the mindful.org website.

Membership is entirely free of charge as are our courses and practice sessions unless stated otherwise. The group is supported by the Health and Safety and Human Resources teams of the university.
