Courses
Mindfulness for Academic Performance. This four-week course looks at the modern mindfulness movement and its potential impact on learning. There will be practical exercises and some homework between classes. The course is suitable for students and educators. The course runs over four consecutive Saturdays from June 6th 2026 until June 27th. The classes are held in Senate House - South Block from 11.00am to 12.30pm.
This course is free to students, staff and alumni of the University of London, its schools and colleges.

Regular Practice Sessions
Introductory practice sessions on Saturdays in June 2026 will take place at 1.00 pm. Just meet at the South Block Reception area just before 1.00pm. These sessions are open to everyone assocaited with the University and last for about 1 hour.
