Spring 2026 Schedule

Courses

In the Spring of 2026 we are introducing a new four-week course "Mindfulness for Professional and Academic Success". Full details are given on the "Success" tab at the top. This is a new endeavour based on the work undertaken by several universities and other institutions world wide.

Regular Practice Sessions

We continue to provide regular introductory practice sessions onsite and online via Zoom.

  • Mondays - online sessions at 12.00 (midday) and 7pm.
  • Thursdays onsite at 12.00 midday

Saturday 14th February & Saturday 21st February

11.00 am. Introduction to Mindfulness. A half hour practical introduction to mindfulness of breathing.

11.45 am. Mindful Self-Compassion practice - introduction and guided practice session.

Meet at Senate House - South Block Reception ten minutes before the scheduled start.
