There are currently no plans to offer our popular four-week course "Mindfulness for Professional and Academic Success" at this time.
In April we are offering "Mindfulness for Stress and Anxiety" over four weeks and "A Very Short Introduction to Buddhism" Please visit the Courses page for more information and to register your interest.
Regular Practice Sessions
We continue to provide regular introductory practice sessions online via Zoom.
- Mondays - online sessions at 12.00 (midday) and 7pm. (Not Bank Holiday Monday)
- Wednesdays - online sessions at 12.00 (midday) and 7pm.
- Fridays - online sessions at 12.00 (midday) and 7pm. (Not Good Friday)
