Introducing meditation
Starting in September we have a number of opportunities to learn and practice various meditation and mindfulness techniques. These take place in Senate House and normally last up to an hour. You can attend multiple times and treat each session as an opportunity for guided practice.
Our initial sessions cover:
- Introduction to Mindfulness/Awareness meditation
- Introduction to compassion meditation techniques

Stress and Stress Management
A new addition to our offering this year is a short (~ 1 hour) presentation on the cause and effect of sustained stress on the body and mind entitled "Under Pressure". We introduce Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and can direct you to additional support and resources.

Guided walks
We are offering guided walks for people who are not too familiar with London. The numbers are limited and ticketed.
- 28th September - Welcome to London, the Southbank Walk
- 12th October - Welcome to London, the Great Fire of London Walk
- 26th October - Welcome to London, the Soho Walk.
